If you're going to Left Coast Crime 2009 in Hawaii, you need to be conversant with the local language. In uddah words, brah and sistah, you gotta learn da kine talk.

Da kine -- this word has many meanings, but is used mostly to explain something when you can't think of the word.

Example: Remember when we wen go to da kine's party, suck um up wit da kine dem and den da kine?

Translation: Remember when we went to the party at Susan's house, drank that wine with her folks and then passed out?
