Now for something truly disgusting.
My training partner, Ernie Wright, sent this picture of us in the Oklahoma City Marathon. That's him on the left and me in the red cap. We're about mile 15. Things only got worse after that. You won't find the mag on any newsstand, and not because they've all been snapped up either.
